The villa enjoys beautiful open views when sitting in the garden which is fully landscaped with a large patio and drive - ideal for the children to play in.

You can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while sitting out in the garden or relaxing on the swing or even lighting up the coal in the Spanish-style built in barbeque.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is only a minute's walk round the corner where you can dive in at the diving end and enjoy doing some laps in the sunshine in this large 18 metres x 10 metres pool. You have your own chaise-longues and parasols by the pool, as well as a shower and wc. It is with restricted access to members only which means you'll never have to rush to put down your towel.

Inside
Villa Sari sits in a peaceful cul-de-sac at the end of this exclusive villa development, located only 10 miles from the historic town of Famagusta and only 5 minutes in the car to a dozen beautiful sandy beaches.

The downstairs is tastefully decorated with modern furniture in the dining room and lounge with its own log fireplace to create a cozy,warm atmosphere in winter. There is also a WC downstairs for convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and oven, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and even has a cappuccino maker. The entire family can sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy breakfast together. Adjoining the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine, iron and board and back door to the back yard.
